As just a small 5-year-old
Kindergarten student, Nicol began
her time at Jubilee Centers in Mrs.
Velasquez’s class. Hearing about
Mrs. Velasquez’s fantastic reputation,
Nicol’s mother wanted to enroll
Nicol in Jubilee’s school. Nicol had
no idea how the Lord would use this
opportunity to change her life
and the lives of her whole family.
